I've had a few instances where I joined a server running the Gmod Stranded mod and was stuck waiting almost hours to get into the server because my game decided to download random things like the M9K Assault Rifles, "Batman Playermodel" or SligWolf's Blue-X13; although downloaded I don't really think so, garrys mod workshop download stuck, as the items don't end up in my Addons tab.

Not only that, but sometimes I have to also re-download the mapsI already downloaded an hour ago. Relating to the random addons, I have no idea why these kept being loaded during the loading screens, but they are NEVER seen nor used in the garrys mod workshop download stuck I joined.
