Apoears that xbox is throttling download speeds on their end as ps4 and pc are on same network and diwnload on avetage at mbps. Why is microsoft continue to do this. Appears xbox is throttling download speeds on their end as my ps4 and pc are on same network and maintain near gigabit soeeds during downloads.
